Ryan Giggs’ Restaurant launches exciting new menu
George’s dining room and bar launch their new spring menu 2017 bringing seasonal, tasty and feel-good food for this transitional time of year.
Head Chef Mike Brand ensures the food stays true to George's modern British aesthetic by keeping things simple yet chic for the restaurant co-owned by friends Ryan Giggs, Kelvin Gregory and Bernie Taylor.
The new Spring menu embraces elements of the upcoming season with a fresh couscous, beetroot and spring onion salad, spring lamb and a monkfish dish. Classics can still be found, including the confit pork belly and the George’s Burger. The dessert menu has also been refreshed with a sumptuous lemon posset, strawberries and cream millefeuile, and a delicate peach panna cotta.
Diners can enjoy this menu in a contemporary dining space for the perfect combination of casual and elegant dining.
