Cocktail Recipe - Watermelon Heaven

Watermelon Heaven
Serves 1

Ingredients:

25ml Elysium Muscat
33ml Rum
Small handful of fresh watermelon, chopped
2 Lime wedges
1 Egg white

Method:

Muddle watermelon in Boston shaker.
Squeeze in the lime.
Add all other ingredients.
Shake over ice.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
