Work experience: I've been cooking since the age of 11 learning from my mother and grandmother in the catering business. Food is in the blood in our family as we are the 4th generation in our family to go into the food business.

Tell us about your current menu: Sweet Mandarin serves authentic, delicious fresh and healthy Chinese cuisine. We also serve recipes passed down from my granmother, Lily Kwok's Chicken Curry and my mother's dish: Mabel's Claypot chicken or Tofu for vegetarians. At the Sweet Mandarin Cookery School you'll learn your favourite Chinese dishes, hearty soups and the history of dim sum. It's catered for all levels of cooks and the best thing is you get to eat the food afterwards! The menu is great and versatile which teaches how to stretch a bag of groceries over the week. A Must for anyone who loves their food!

What is your favourite dish on your menu and why: My favourite dish is anything that is healthy, delicious and simple.

What inspires you: My granmother Lily Kwok

Which is your favourite restaurant? (not your own): Too many to choose from!

Big Brother or Question Time: haha - neither!

Sweet Mandarin is an exciting Pan Asian restaurant. The concept of Sweet Mandarin is based on a simple theme: quick service, delicious oriental and pan asian food and most importantly value for money. The brainchild of three successful twenty-something sisters with a passion for food, people and business.

Sweet Mandarin captures the modern Chinese cuisine within a trendy setting accompanied by an array of mouth watering cocktails, alcoholic beverages and smoothies. Blending the cultures of the West with the East to create a brand new concept in UK. Dining here is a fun, funky, freestyle event.
