RECIPE: Try making Iberica's Easter Torrija‬!

Did you know the ‪Torrija‬ is a popular ‎dessert‬ during ‪Easter‬ all over ‪Spain‬? It is originated in Andalusian convents during the XV century as a way to use up stale bread.

It consists of a slice of bread soaked into milk & fried, & cinnamon, honey or wine can be added to get different flavours!

You will find the Torrijas in Easter at Manchester's Ibérica Restaurant but if you want to become a ‎masterchef‬ of this traditional Spanish ‪sweet‬, take a look here at special recipe of "Torrija soaked in Baileys with red wine syrup & vanilla ice cream" created by the 3 Michelin stars chef Nacho Manzano.

We think we'll try it first, and then go try the real authentic version!
