Join us for an evening of dinner and debate as we discuss fine dining in Manchester and the essential ingredients needed for the ideal dining out experience. We'll be looking at what makes a successful restaurant and how restaurateurs can create a seamless dining experience. Joining us for the evening is our panel of esteemed connoisseurs who will divulge their knowledge of the industry and give the restaurant goers amongst us some top tips and secret inside information on where the best places are to eat in Greater Manchester. With The Circle Club head chef Neil Lorenzo (awarded AA Rosette) dishing up some exquisite supper time treats, this looks set to be an evening of tantalising dishes and tasty tips...
On the panel:
Ray King - Food Critic - Ray and his wife invented the MEN food pages back in 1986 and did them until 2004. He is now a food and drink writer for Cheshire, Lancashire and Lake District Life Magazines and a member of the judging panel for the Life Magazines' Food and Wine awards.
David Heeley - co-founder in 1985 and Company President of Hi-Life Diners Club, which is today the UK and Ireland’s number one dining club, currently with over 100,000 members. David is regularly a spokesperson for the media on all aspects of dining – from both a restaurateurs prospective as well as a diners – with many appearances on television and radio. These include Granada Television’s “Grub’s Up”, Century Fm, BBC GMR, Radio Lancashire etc. etc.

• slow braised oxtail steamed pudding with butternut squash fondant & green pea crème fraiche
