Work Experience:
I previously worked at a hotel in Lytham St Annes called the Clifton Arms Hotel, I worked under my head chef at the time Justin Jerome who helped me develop my skills.

I also spent 5 years at Burlington’s Dining Rooms as a commis chef slowly working up to eventually become head chef after a lot of hard work and dedication.

Tell us about your current menu:
Our current menu is mainly based on Italian cuisine using good quality British produce to get the best out of our dishes. It’s simple but effective as the food is very fresh, clean and tasty.

We are currently in the process of the changing the menu to introduce some fresh ideas and build on already a successful menu.

What is your favourite dish on your menu and why?
Seafood spaghetti it me on a plate :-)

What inspires you?
Life, people, family, Italy.

Which is your favourite restaurant?
Bocca di Lupo.
