Protein dishes include pan grilled seabass, grilled chicken or paneer and even rib eye steak or roasted salmon. To accompany this would be a choice of quinoa or stir fry vegetables and off course not forgetting the side of SUPERFOOD salads with choices like kale and beetroot or even a spiced 5 bean salad. Worry not as there is a vegan option available as well. Diners can sample food full of flavour but packed with the finest nutrition and the purest superfoods.

Alongside these delicious dishes, there will a selection of juice shots packed with nourishing vitamins and minerals to complement and enhance the dishes boosting the nutritional content of the entire meal.

Designed to fuel, nourish and nurture the body, the Mind, Body and Soul menu will keep people on track with health and fitness goals and feed a busy brain whilst enhancing total health and well being.

Speaking of the launch, Jeannette Jackson said: “It’s been a real treat to work alongside the Scene team and discover how we can integrate healthy living whilst still retaining the authentic spices of Indian cooking. I’m really looking forward to showcasing the concept to diners and can’t wait to hear the feedback.

Long standing Scene Street Food favourites are still on the menu including the renowned Samosa Chaat and Handi Gosht but will sit alongside new and exciting street food dishes, innovative grills and burgers, and the healthier SUPERFOOD alternatives ensuring Scene really is a place that is dynamic and caters for everyone.

Set in Manchester's premier food and drink district Spinningfields, Scene, Indian Street Food Kitchen is inspired by the energy and vitality of the sub-continent.

The dishes are inspired by street food vendors of India, Pakistan and Southern Asia and after numerous visits to these regions, the Ali family were able to create a menu that is reflective of their travels.

The aim is for customers to experience authentic tastes and to feel as though they have been transported to these foreign shores. Discover the range of options available with popular street food starters such as Samosa Chaat, Lamb Chops, Gunpowder Potatoes and Chilli Chicken from our Indo-Chinese section. Not forgetting, the unique tastes of dishes such as Banjari Gosht; tender lamb bathed in a yoghurt and chilli marinade and cooked gently with onions and a secret blend of spices. The lunch offering is simple and fast, yet full of taste and flavour.
