Paul Heathcotes wants you to Review his Longridge Restaurant

Paul Heathcote would like one lucky Onionring user to review his flagship Longridge restaurant.

Award winning chef and previous holder of a Michelin Star, Chris Bell, is now on his second stint as head chef - ‘Modern British’ was born in Longridge and it still bears all the hallmarks of its roots cooked reassuringly by Chris. His cooking has a strong leaning towards modern British but with a light touch and twist.

Surely this will be Lancashire & North West’s next Michelin starred restaurant? What do you think?

One person will be drawn at random and can dine (meal for 2 with a bottle of house wine) Wed-Sun, or before 6.45pm on Sat. After your meal the winner will be asked to submit a short review of your experience which will be submitted to Paul Heathcote to review.

More about The Longridge...
Paul Heathcote’s award winning flagship restaurant sees a new cookery school and private dining room. The restaurant catches renaissance influences with Julian McDonald wallpaper and cloths designed by Panaz. Creams, greys and blacks are prominent but I have attempted to capture Paul’s up-to-the-moment feel whilst working with a 19th century cottage.

A bar and lounge area has been created along with a very special private dining room which seats 14 guests and has the facility for a Heathcotes’ chef to prepare dinner in front of you, if requested.

The cookery school which as been running for 19 years has over 20 dates throughout the year from simple three course dinners to specialised game and fish days. The kitchen features the very latest Kuppersbusch equipment specially selected for home-cooking. The courses will incorporate combi-microwaving, steaming as well as creating sauces and desserts that feature in the Longridge Restaurant.
