Work experience: In my 15 year career I have cooked in Various Michelin rated & Rosette rated restaurants as well as achieving a Michelin Bib Gourmand & 2 AA rosettes as Head Chef. Other accolades inc. Nottingham Restaurant of the year, Winners of best local produce restaurant, Good Food Guide & various television & radio appearances.

Tell us about your current menu: Menus are written bespoke to a customers needs & event Criteria. Whether it be a small event with a 12 course tasting menu to grand scale events for 500 covers.


What is your favourite dish on your menu and why: Cured Sea Bass with Olives, Capers & semi Dried Tomatoes, Pumpkin seed Vinaigrette..... Refreshing, Clean Cut, simple, summer time food.


What inspires you: Changing seasons, Great produce!!!
