Regularly visit and dine, new landlords Andy and Caz will make you very welcome and it's always full of regulars. Food is amazing and is served lunchtime and evenings throughout the week. In the summer you can sit outside and now it's getting colder they have the most amazing fires in all the rooms. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Popped in for a drink this weekend. 2 lovely pints for £3.51. We had to ask if she had under charged but no this was correct. Will be making time to try the food soon. 5 mins from home but in the country

I go out of my way (7 miles) to visit this pub as much as I can. It is a beautiful pub enhanced with beautiful people. It comes highly recommended as it has no music and no TV. It is as a pub should be. Food excellent and good value. The owners are fantastic hosts. The atmosphere is great at any time of year and Winter it is wonderfully warm with coal fires and in Summer it is the perfect place for sitting out the front to watch the world go by.
