Never had any bad experience with Pomodoro. Order the 7 pound meal for 1 quite regularly and think its a great deal. The foods always delicious and its always at my door within an hour.

Ordered a Kebab, (yes 1 kebab) at 21:00. Told it would be here in 30 minutes. Rang back at 21:45, told the driver was new and couldnt find the house, we live on the same road, 400 yards away. We were told he was on his way. 22:15 we rang back to be told it still wasnt ready. It would have been nice if someone would have rang us back and told us there was going to be a delay. We cancelled the food and told them how poor we viewed there service and would not be using them again. Five minutes later when we are both tucking into some toast, they ring us back, offering us a free kebab (credit where it is due) and said it was a computer problem. The problem is now their's because we wont be using them again and neither will our friends. Pinnochio's here we come.
