This restaurant keeps getting better each time I come. The decor and atmos are still cool and interesting. The food quality and prices seem to have improved. We dined at 6.30pm on a Friday, it was a bonus to see an Early Diner menu presented to us. 3 courses for £16!! The food was stunning. The highlights were Sardine starter and the burger - perfect in every way!! I'll explain the burger more... it was kinda crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, gooey cheese let toasted brioche. Flavoursome and well constructed. Fantastic restaurant, go!!!

We dined here last night, have to say the food and service are top drawer. We both went off the early diner deal offering great value, the food was so good how could we not get a dessert too. Cant wait to return. Mussles deal looks good on Thursday too.

Really loving Cornichon at the Gunnery. Great atmosphere, food so far really enjoyable. Staff very good. Just what we need in Tarvin. Would be good with some live music upstairs maybe. Please support this place.
