Eaten here twice and can not fault the Bickerton Poacher. Very friendly staff, the food is lovely, excellent value for money, home cooked and lots of choice. Would highly recommend.

We discovered this place after a day trip out to Beeston, called in not expecting amazing things as just looks like a normal, family pub, but I have to say the carvery was the best I have had. Fresh veg, good juicy meats and a decent portion! My friend had the steak pie, which came in filo pastry which he said tasted great. Kids were well look after as they also have a outdoor play area. Nice friendly welcome and good service throughout. What more could you want! well done!
