From the outset the Stanley Arms looked like your average boring pub but the second we entered our opinions quickly changed. The Stanley is a stunning warm little pub in which we were quickly welcomed by a member of staff. We sat and ordered our meals when we received them we were amazed by the quality and presentation of the meals. We ordered two sirloin steaks which were cooked to perfection and tasted great. We stayed for a couple of drinks and left completely satisfied with every aspect of our visit, we will be visiting again!!!

This place was up for some awards recently at the food & drink festival, so we wnet along and were not dissapointed. Its a bit out of town, but the food was very good and decent value. would reccommend.
