Over the years, between them, co-owners, Samantha and Nigel have covered most of South America on their travels and decided to bring a taste of it back home to Chorlton.

With a passion for food and drink, developed over 20 years in the catering industry, they created neighbourhood, café-bar De Nada with the aim of serving nice things to nice people in nice surroundings.

Pop in by day and enjoy our fantastic loose-leaf teas or fresh coffee with a slice of cake and read the paper or use our free wi-fi. If you fancy something a little stronger, stick a tune on the juke-box and relax on a comfy chair with a drink. Choose from a selection of our locally brewed real-ales, real ciders, imported bottled beers, expertly crafted cocktails or a glass from our very special wine list courtesy of Hanging Ditch.

If it's a snack you're after, you're in luck. Samantha has drawn from her experiences in South America to create a menu suitable for any mood, consisting of a wonderful selection of classic dishes from the region using locally sourced ingredients. For a more substantial meal, we encourage guests to choose a selection of dishes to share amongst themselves. Watch out for seasonal specials and quirky twists (Jumbo English Breakfast Empanada anyone?!!).
