About Theo Randall at the InterContinental
The InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel is the new stamping ground for Chef Theo Randall, who used to work at the acclaimed River Café. The décor is sleek, but inviting; the sort of place you'd feel comfortable popping for a drink and a snack at the bar. Decorated in chocolate and pistachio colours, it offers simple, rustic dishes that are a million miles away from the complicated fare you would expect to find in Park Lane. Here you can try squid with borlotti beans, beef fillet with rocket, pine nuts and balsamic and scallops with Swiss chard and chilli. Three courses cost an average of £50 per person; great food in great surroundings.
