What started as an enoteca-style shop, showcasing the very best in world-class, award-winning Spanish wines from family run bodegas, quickly snowballed into one of the North West’s best kept restaurant secrets. A true independent, a hidden gem in all sense of the word. We’re passionate about telling an alternative culinary story. Whilst always firmly rooted in tradition, the beating, family heart of Evuna pulls from all ages and all four corners of Spain, to create a melting pot of exciting ideas & cultures which bubbles away. From go-to signature tapas dishes & classics which many will know and love; garlic prawns, seafood paella, Iberian jamón croquetas, or salt-baked Sea Bass filleted at your table, to an ever changing programme of fresh, regional specials, giving you a chance to explore and discover a new Spanish favourite. With over 21 years wine experience our founder Jane personally selects and imports more than 6,000 bottles every month. It’s time consuming, but it means Evuna can bring you award-winning wines you won’t find anywhere else, and at such great value, that other restaurants look on in disbelief. From a classic Santalba Rioja, to a Fulget Albariño fermented on ice, or our house Naveran Brut Cava with the finest bubbles you could ever wish for on your tongue, our team can help guide you across the ancient vineyards of Spain. As well as wine, we’ve taken the time to curate some of the best artisanal Spanish gins and premium spirits and we invite you to do as the Spanish do and take an Aperitivo or a Digestif to complement our beautiful wine.
