We are exceptionally proud to use locally sourced ingredients, working with trusted Derbyshire farmers, foragers, and artisans, sourcing produce that’s as fresh as it is flavoursome. From the freshest vegetables to the finest cuts from nearby estates, everything we serve has a story to tell. We smoke our own salmon, we prep our own deer, we only source live crabs – because we believe the best ingredients deserve the utmost care. We are equally mindful of individual needs and dietary requirements.
