A new face
Stockton Heath village cornerstone, Victoria Buildings, has a new but very familiar resident taking over the apex suite. The owners of A la Turka, Stockton Heath have confirmed that they have acquired the lease and are in the process of an exciting refit in keeping with the sophisticated style of the restaurant below.
The space will be a natural extension of this village stalwart and will provide approximately 60 further covers and a dedicated bar along with live music and DJ sets. The owners confirm that the room naturally lends itself to larger functions and party bookings and is intended to provide a laid back, informal yet glamorous venue. Director Alison Riley describes the venture as “something we have wanted to do since first viewing the building a year ago; it is an amazing space that has been going to waste. Our wish is to bring a taste of Cafe del Mar atmosphere to Stockton Heath”.
At the moment the name of the venue has not been announced but bookings are already being taken from 20th November onwards via the restaurant.

About A La Turka
A La Turka is a modern restaurant and bar in the picturesque village of Stockton Heath in Cheshire. Having been established since 2009 we have recently moved to our new fabulous premises.
We offer freshly prepared Turkish and Mediterranean classics, including our new hanging kebabs, our Turkish favourites, stoned baked pizzas, homemade pasta dishes and a great selection of authentic vegetarian, fish and meat specials. Alongside this we offer an extensive selection of wines, champagnes and beers from around the world as well as 10 varieties of gin and other top brand spirits.
Our newly renovated restaurant with luxury furnishings, our 11 metre granite bar and our huge heated outdoor terrace in Stockton Heath, offers a great place to eat, drink and relax.
