New Restaurant Coming to Alderley Edge

The Alderley Edge Hotel, home of the award-winning Alderley Restaurant, is to launch another exciting new eating experience.

Due to open at the Macclesfield Road hotel at the end of March, The Brasserie will offer simple, high quality retro classic food with a slightly modern twist, revealed General Manager, Ahmet Kurcer.

“We will be open throughout the day and evening, serving dishes at prices which will enable customers to dine with us often, in the relaxing ambience of a traditional brasserie, “ said Mr Kurcer.

“We are always looking at new ways to move forward in order to offer our customers the very best that we can. And we are absolutely delighted that out latest idea – The Brasserie – is about to become a reality”.

Work has started and will be completed by the end of the month.
