Alvanley Arms launch Fresh and (very) Local Market Menu



The Alvanley Arms, Cotebrook, have launched a Farm Fresh and Local Market Menu!

The menu has been devised using the majority of fresh produce from their own farm next door and support of local suppliers.
The team of Chefs have created many a special dish on the new menu from their own farm-reared pork or pork & leek sausages; Hebridean lamb; the freshest venison from the red deer on Green Hill to freshly laid woodland farm eggs.

The Alvanley also gather from their own hedgerows: plums, elderberries, damsons and sloe berries to use in marinades and sauces and also in their crumbles and pies.

The Farm Fresh and Local Market Menu comes in at a Special Offer price with 2 courses - £11.50, and 3 courses - £15.50

The Alvanley Arms are certainly unique in having their own Hebridean Lambs, Middle white pigs, Red Deer and truly free range hens providing fresh eggs, directly from field to plate.
