New Brazilian Restaurant NOW OPEN (APRIL 09)

STORY POSTED MARCH 09...The Pau Brazil restaurant in Manchester's Northern Quarter has proved very popular with customers, now they are preparing to open their new Deansgate venue. With the new venue comes a new name - Bem Brazil, meaning "Good Brazil".
The new restaurant will be set over two levels and will offer dining for over 250 people. There will be a dedicated VIP lounge and bar area. The main restaurant will house 2 buffet bars where diners can help themselves to the rice, salads and vegetables to accompany their meals.
The open kitchen on the second floor is where all the meat will be prepared in Bem Brazil's special oven. The oven itself was flown over from Brazil to ensure all the meats are cooked in the most authentic way.
The builders are currently putting the final touches to the restaurant which will be beautifully decorated to encourage a relaxing yet exciting atmosphere for diners.
