Tour de France starting soon at Le Bistrot Pierre, Stockton Heath
Le Bistrot Pierre on London Road in Stockton Heath is inviting local residents on a journey to sample some of the great tastes of France when they take part in a tour with a difference.
Tour de France has been introduced to the restaurant this month taking diners on a palatable journey throughout six famous regions of France without actually leaving Cheshire.
From wild boar sausage served with pommes puree in Auvergne to pan fried duck breast with cherry sauce in Burgundy, diners have the opportunity to taste some of the finest French cuisine full of authentic taste and charm.
Tour de France launches on Thursday September 30th and runs until April 2011. It’s a once a month event where we serve an authentic three course menu to represent classic dishes from each region. Regions including Auvergne, Burgundy, Rhone, Brittany, Provence and Pyrenees.
Each three course regional menu is priced at just £16.50, and on the night, customers will also have the option of specially selected red and white wines from that months region, chosen to complement the meal.
