Sam Palmer - Regional NW Young Chef Award Winner!
We at ABode Manchester are pleased to announce our very own Sam Palmer has won the Greater Manchester Heat of the North West Young Chef of the Year 2013.
Sam, 22, joined just over a year ago, after cutting his teeth in local gastro pubs in the Peak District progressing to Chef de Partie in his time here under the leadership of Michael Caines' Head Chef, Robert Cox.
Since then he has progressed to Chef De Partie under the leadership of Michael Caines' Head Chef Robert Cox.
Robert says "This is a great acheivement for Sam, showing his flair and skills against very tough competition. We are all very proud of him.
He will go on to represent Greater Manchester at North West Young Chef of the Year final in June.
