RONALDO COMES TO BYRON

World Cup fever is taking hold, and Byron will mark this sporting occasion with its latest hamburger special - The Ronaldo.

The Ronaldo is respectfully dedicated to one of Brazil’s footballing greats from the 90s and early noughties – “El Fenomeno” - a man who looks like he might enjoy a burger or three now that he’s hung up his boots...

Available from the 10th June to the 14th July only, The Ronaldo is a double bacon and onion cheeseburger: two 6oz patties, rashers of crispy bacon, onions gently fried in butter until soft and sweet, pickles and crispy fried onions for crunch, and American cheese. A no-nonsense dollop of ketchup and American mustard complete the picture.

‘Everybody loves football – but let’s face it, it’s not because of the food. We think fans deserve better than the sad excuses for hamburgers served up at grounds across the country every Saturday afternoon, so we set out to create a proper football ground burger, as it ought to be’ says Byron’s founder, Tom Byng.
