Byron Burger Club Presents Patty Meltdown

Our first Burger Club event in Manchester, Patty Meltdown, will be taking place on 25th March at Byron Deansgate and 26th March at Byron Piccadilly Gardens. The Byron Burger Club one-off nights are ticketed events with bespoke menus created and cooked by Fred Smith which you won’t find in any of our restaurants.

The Burger Club night will feature the Patty Melt - a classic U.S. diner dish from the 1940’s, the mutant offspring of a cheese toastie and a hamburger rarely seen on this side of the Atlantic. Fred's Patty Melt is a coarsely-ground beef patty, topped with onions and cheese, sandwiched between two slices of rye bread. It is grilled and served with sweet potato fries. There is spiced popcorn to start, and a sticky toffee rum hard shake to finish.

Tickets for this event are £15 and will be released at the end of February. As a member of the Byron Burger Club, you will have priority access to tickets. If you want your friends to have the same access, get them to sign up to the Burger Club, picking Manchester Piccadilly or Deansgate as their nearest restaurant.
