Set your clocks - BST starts today. That's Byron Summer Time: fourteen long, lazy and (hopefully!) sunny weeks of summer burgers, chilled craft beers and cold, creamy milkshakes to see you right through till September.

Burger Club Thursdays

To help make this summer even more memorable we're introducing Byron Burger Club Thursdays. Starting on Thursday 4th June we'll be sending you an invite for a treat each week. Come rain or shine, whether you have Glastonbury tickets or not and regardless of our success in The Ashes, there will be a reason to celebrate summer.
Look out for the first treat next week! You can get your friends and family to sign up so they can enjoy the treats too.

Sweet Caroline

The star of our summer menu, Sweet Caroline, is the first of two specials. Inspired by our head chef Fred's travels through the Southern states, it's packed with the classic barbecue flavours of North Carolina cooking - a 6oz hamburger with tangy pulled pork, streaky bacon, a helping of jalapeño slaw and crispy potatoes. This summer you can also choose jalapeño slaw as a side and we have a brand new strawberries and cream milkshake on the menu too.

As always, we've got a list of properly refreshing craft beers from around the world for you to work your way through - all served in a properly chilled glass.
