Byron introduce new Byron Hot Sauce & Flaming Iceberg special

This January, Byron will be turning up the heat by launching their very own hot sauce, along with Flaming Iceberg – a hamburger special designed to showcase its fiery flavour.

Byron’s Head Chef Fred Smith has created Byron Hot Sauce from a blend of four different chillies – red chillies, chipotle peppers, arbol chilli flakes and habaneros – all in one red-hot bottle. From 6th January, you’ll find it on the tables in every Byron, and available to take home for £2.50/bottle.

Launching on the same day is Byron’s latest special, Flaming Iceberg - a burger to warm you through the winter months. A 6oz hamburger glazed in Byron Hot Sauce, with shredded iceberg, dry cure bacon, crispy fried onions, jalapeños and ranch dressing, it will be priced at £9.95 and available in all Byron restaurants.

Byron Hot Sauce: Available in all Byron restaurants from 6th January.
Flaming Iceberg: Available in all Byron restaurants from 6th January – 2nd March
