Pub of the Year

The Egerton Arms in Chelford is proud to be awarded CAMRA (campaign for real ale) ‘PUB OF THE YEAR 2011’.

Beating 350 other pubs in the Cheshire area for 2011, the Egerton Arms has been supporting TATTON BREWERY in Knutsford, HAPPY VALLEY in Bollington and RED WILLOW from Macclesfield. All of which have produced some fine ales to go along with the great food and popular Sunday roasts.

The Egerton Arms are also proud to announce the up and coming Egerton Fine Food Shop and Deli being built over the summer months.

About Egerton Arms

The Egerton Arms is a traditional country pub with low beams, big fireplaces, bizarre antiques and a long bar with old brass pumps. Having now been revived as a local to the townsfolk of sunny Chelford, the pub features a fully equipped hundred-seater restaurant with friendly table service.

All food is sourced locally by our experienced and very serious chef (serious about food that is). The menu is a selection of classic pub favourites and then the chef goes wild on his specials chopping board.
