Meet some of the best local & speciality producers on the foodie circuit, find out what makes them so passionate about their food, and sample their gourmet treats- from salamis to sushi, pâtés to puds. Plus, while you sit back and enjoy the fun in the demo kitchen (with inspiration this year coming from Craig Kirk of Earle Restaurant & our favourite global gastro chef Jason Palin), we’ve got plenty of foodie entertainment for the kids…including hands on food fun with Nikki Geddes of ‘Kiddy Cook,’ bouncy castle, Gerty the(wooden!) cow, and the ‘5-a-day-shire’!

With a focus on bringing together local speciality producers alongside the pick of the best from a little further a field. From 10am til 4pm, you'll be able to sample and buy the finest quality and most deliciously 'honest, real food' around. With inspiration in the demo kitchen, plus the chance to fire your questions at a host of local producers & suppliers as they take to the stand- it's an opportunity not to be missed for all local food lovers.
