Gourmet Burger Kitchen’s Trafford Centre restaurant may be closed at the moment but Stop Crying Your Heart Out because burger joy is set to return next month.

The GBK team are transforming the current restaurant into a shinier and even sleeker setting that will be revealed on 23rd July.

The fresh new restaurant, located in The Orient at the Trafford Centre, will delight burger fans with its brand new look, which will include a mix of patterns and bench seating. This refurbished GBK will also welcome a party booth complete with a geometric look, perfect for special occasions!

Customers will be spoilt for choice with the full GBK menu being dished up in the restaurant, including favourites The Taxidriver, The Camemburger and The Blazing Sombrero.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to sample the special of the month, which is the X Burger, a meat treat inspired by Brazilian flavours. Available until the 12th of August, this burger includes cheddar, grilled pineapple, innovative baconnaise, fresh chilies, crispy onion and a spicy Cajun relish. Laura Pettingale, Marketing Manager for Gourmet Burger Kitchen, said:

“The Trafford Centre restaurant has always been a popular one, and it’s in a great location. We felt it was time it got a little bit of love and a fresh new look. We hope shoppers will come down on 23rd July to celebrate the opening with us.

This GBK restaurant is a fashionable yet comfortable environment, perfect for shoppers who want a burger fix to break up their day of retail therapy.”
