Marco Pierre White prodigy now head chef at the Hale Kitchen

Marco Pierre White prodigy, Myles Smethurst, has just been appointed Head Chef at the Hale Kitchen and Bar, 149 Ashley Rd, Hale. Myles is not stranger to Hale as he has also worked with Paul Kitchin at Michelin starred Juniper in Altrincham.
This new venture for Myles, and the Hale Kitchen, means a new look to the menu, with many exciting additions and a modern British style of food that sleek but simple using the very best ingredients.
