Hard Rock Chilli Week



Hard Rock Cafe Manchester is set to spice things up with their hottest-ever burger made with fiery Scotch Bonnet Salsa – not for the faint hearted!

The menu - available for one week only from Monday 22nd February - will also include a brand new addition of Hard Rock’s very own Chilli Cheese Fries – even the sides can’t escape the spice!

National Chilli Day takes place on Thursday 25 February 2016 and celebrates the spicy chilli pepper by adding it to food and drink alike! Hard Rock has added chilli to its mouth-watering burger, complete with extra hot salsa to top it off and bring the heat. Their Red Hot Chilli Menu is sure to get taste buds tingling with hot hot hot menu offerings available for one week only.

Hard Rock Chilli Burger - Some like it hot! Two beef patties smothered with Jack cheese and chilli salsa of your choice, topped with our infamous chilli beef and queso sauce. Grilled medium well and served on a toasted brioche bun with seasoned fries. Choose from Jalapenos Salsa or go the whole way and try the UK’s hottest burger with our Scotch Bonnet Salsa.
Chilli Cheese Fries - Seasoned fries smothered with homemade chilli beef and queso sauce, topped with your choice of Jalapenos Salsa or our fiery Scotch Bonnet Salsa.
Chocolate Chilli brownie - served with Vanilla Ice cream and homemade strawberry chilli compote.

Chocolate Chilli Martini - Smirnoff Vodka, dark cacao, salted caramel syrup and cream shaken over ice in a chocolate-coated glass. Dusted with chilli powder and finely chopped jalapenos.
Mexican Mary – Cuervo Tequila, Absolut Vodka and tomato juice infused with seasonings served over ice with a celery stick and whole grilled jalapeno for garnish.
Spicy Mango Mojito – mint leaves, sliced jalapenos and simple syrup mixed with mango puree and Bacardi dark rum, topped with soda and garnished with whole jalapenos and mint sprig.

The Red Hot Chilli Menu is available Monday 22 February – Sunday 28 February 2016 at Hard Rock Cafe Manchester for those brave enough to face the heat.
