“Here in Cheshire we’re rightfully proud of our heritage of wild game,” Chris adds. “Tastier, healthier and more nutritious than farm-reared cuts, we offer the quality that’s only available right on our doorstep, fondly referred to as ‘cluck and quack’.”

The Roebuck’s extensive wine list has a great choice of modern and old world wines, including carefully selected Burgundy and Bordeaux numbers to complement the á la carte menu.
