An Avalanche of Accolades for Inglewood!
We don't mean to blow our own trumpet, but we're so thrilled we just had to share the good news! We've been inducted into the 'Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame’ by the world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor.
The Certificate of Excellence is given only to establishments – eateries, accommodations and attractions – which consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
Being entered into the Hall of Fame is an accolade only granted to hospitality businesses who have received the coveted Certificate of Excellence Award for 5 consecutive years, and rewards the both outstanding levels of customer service and consistency of delivery over a long period of time. Fewer than 4,000 hotels, restaurants and attractions nationally have been entered into the Hall of Fame in 2015.
In addition to this prestigious Award, this year has already seen Inglewood Manor receive an Outstanding Certificate from Hotels.com for achieving an average Guest Review Score of 4.7 out of 5, and an Award of Excellence from Booking.com for achieving a guest satisfaction score of 9 out of 10, and the hotel are current holders of the title 'Cheshire’s Small Hotel of the Year 2014'.
We're so proud of the team for all their hard work, but would also like to say a huge 'Thank You' to all of you lovely guests out there who have given us a great review in last 12 months, and we'll try our very best to make sure we continue to delight!
