Manchester235 Casino’s James Martin Manchester opens

Celebrity chef James Martin has confirmed the date for the opening of his restaurant James Martin Manchester at Manchester235. The restaurant launches on Thursday 26th September and is already fully booked. James Martin will be in the kitchen preparing the set menu and will come out to greet guests when possible. Bookings are now being taken online or over the phone, on 0161 820 4971. The restaurant, which seats 120 people, will then be open 7 days a week from 5pm – 11pm.


The menu will be a mix of James Martin’s classic British style of cuisine; locally sourced, big on flavour and uncontrived in its simplicity.
James Martin said: “We’re excited to be able to announce the opening date for James Martin Manchester. We’ve spent the last few months working really hard on the menu and recruiting the team and now it’s all systems go in terms of preparing for the opening. The restaurant itself is set in a fantastic space, within a thriving venue, and we’re confident everyone is going to love it. We’ve had a lot of interest since our initial announcement so we’re looking forward to welcoming people on the 26th!”
