Message from James
Spring has well and truly sprung and we are celebrating with a sensational six-course seasonal taster menu. It’s available week-nights throughout April for just £30 and gives you a great opportunity to taste some new flavours and textures.
In fact, there is a great deal to celebrate at the moment. It’s hard to believe I’ve just clocked up 400 episodes of Saturday Kitchen, making it the longest running Saturday morning show in TV history!
I’ve also just launched my first ever high-end bakery and food-to-go site. The James Martin Kitchen concept makes its debut at Stansted Airport, offering top-quality farm fresh produce and premium baked goods.
And I’ve been busy with other commitments too; helping to judge The Roux Scholarship - the premier competition for chefs in the UK and one of my favourite annual tasks - and getting my cookery school underway on the new P&O ship Britannia.
Meanwhile, back in Manchester, after the success of our event with Glynn Purnell we’re looking at holding another Kitchen Takeover event in June.
