The Modern Bar and Restaurant wins Restaurant of the Year at the prestigious Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards 2009



Located on floors 5 &6, Urbis’ very own The Modern Bar and Restaurant scooped the Restaurant of the Year Award on Monday night’s Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards 2009, held at The Palace Hotel.

The Modern Bar and Restaurant saw off fierce competition from the city’s finest dining establishments including The French at The Midland Hotel, Grill On The Alley, Isinglass, Ramsons, Chaophraya and Ning, to be crowned winners the hotly contested award.

Head Chef, Paul Faulkner, serves up a seasonally changing British menu using the very best locally sourced produce the region has to offer.
