Mel Meets.....Chester's MPW Restaurant Manager Marcin Safaryn
At Marco Pierre White, Marcin Safaryn displays his passion for hospitality as Restaurant Manager, bringing a superior level of service to MPW.
Marcin was first introduced to the restaurant industry as a student at ‘Sphinx’ restaurant in Poland , where he worked as a waiter, a Egyptian restaurant and bar. During his time at Sphinx, Marcin learned that his passion was in the front-of-house taking care of people, and transitioned to a supervisor position.
After 2 years, Marcin relocated to New York, and accepted assistant waiter position at Celebrity Cruises, which helped expand the knowledge of the silver service. Marcin was soon promoted to waiter and then Assistant Maitre’D. Everything he learn about hospitality came from cruise ship.
After 7 years he move to UK and start working for Brooks Hotels and Peckforton Castle as a Bar and Restaurant Manager.
Finally he found his place in our Marco Pierre White restaurant.

In his current role as Restaurant Manager, Marcin hopes to provide a solid foundation for the staff, both old and new. Cruise line has been the most influential professional experience so far in his career, and he strives to continue to learn and be challenged in his role. Looking in the future He will love to take full control of Hotel as General Manager.
Favourite food Chateau de Briand with béarnaise sauce.
My hobby is football, love to play and enjoy to watch.
