PLY finally stoke up pizza oven

Opening next Wednesday (March 25th), the patient people behind Tariff Street’s Kosmonaut have the green light to fire up their wood burning pizza oven to the masses at Stevenson Square’s PLY.

Focussing heavily on their pizzas, they will also be serving beautiful charcuterie boards, antipasti and summery salads.
As this venue has a large emphasis on local art and moving artistic trends, they will host a guest artist monthly to add some design to their urban décor.

We can’t wait to try out PLY, who promises to add another slice to the already growing pizza scene in the city.
