Summer of Events planned for Willaston Village

Cheshire Marketing and Events Consultancy, Cheshire Hospitality, have announced a series of village events to be held at Pollards Inn, Willaston this summer. The events calendar will kick off with a Summer wedding fair on Sunday 20th May (from 12noon).

The Wedding Fair will provide brides to be with a choice of carefully selected local suppliers offering everything for the perfect village wedding. The Pollards Wedding Marquee will also be showcased at the event presenting the perfect setting for a countryside wedding.

June see’s Pollards weekend events in full swing, with the launch of the Willaston Summer Beer Festival. In conjunction with Liverpool Organic Brewery, the Beer Festival will take place on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd June and will play host to over 50 visiting beers. The Summer Beer Festival will offer a farmers market, children’s entertainers, face painters and craft stalls – making it a perfect family day out.

Following on from the Beer Festival, Sunday 3rd June the Willaston Family Picnic will take place at Pollards Inn from midday into the evening. With live music (6pm-8pm), bunting and decorated trestle tables for all to share this looks set to be a fantastic event for all of the family.
