Red Hot World Buffet Celebrates Scorching Summer Sales!

Red Hot World Buffet’s flagship restaurant in Manchester has had one of its most successful summers on record, serving an average of 10,750 customers per week.

A double-digit annual sales jump of over 13 per cent in July saw an impressive end to its first year of trading in the city, marked by the launch of the restaurant’s second level and a week of anniversary celebrations.

Red Hot World Buffet director, Helen Dhaliwal, said: “The restaurant has been phenomenally popular since it opened in 2011, and we thought we might struggle to maintain this level of interest. But the latest results show we have built on the initial success by a huge margin, which is no mean feat during a time of economic uncertainty.

“The people of Manchester seem to have really taken us to their hearts and we’re hopeful this is an indication of the success to come.”

While the results prove Red Hot World Buffet is capable of catering to large numbers, the company is equally keen to emphasise quality among each of its seven UK restaurants.

Recent extensive research into customer complaints enabled bosses to pinpoint areas for improvement, with findings indicating an average of five tables per day give negative feedback on their experience, equating to 0.025% of the company’s 160,000 monthly diners in total.

Group general manager, Sal Bajpai, said: “It might look like a small percentage, but we strive for perfection and pride ourselves on offering great quality at excellent value, so the 0.025% statistic just isn’t good enough.

“We want to set the highest possible standard in the industry at each of our restaurants and show our peers how important it is to invite feedback from all sources,” Sal continued.
