The walls are up!

Over the past seven days, an incredible amount of work has been carried out and the developments are really visible. The foundations have been dug, structural work has gone up and the walls are now in place. You can really see the size of The Glasshouse and its positioning to the Ring O’ Bells.

Being able to look at the building now rather than just plans makes it all so real and very exciting for the final countdown to see the finished work.

As the extension work is well on its way towards completion, we start work on the refurbishment of the Village Bar and Restaurant. In order to get this done we will be closed from the 22nd October, re-opening on the 6th November.

About Ring O Bells

The Ring O' Bells is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Christleton, only a stones throw from the city of Chester.
We pride ourselves on offering high quality home cooking, along with a carefully selected wine list & local cask ales, which combine to produce a fantastic drinking and dining experience.

Here at the Ring O' Bells, we have 3 distinct spaces, which can be used to provide the perfect environment for any event, from Christenings and weddings, to birthdays and wakes. Whatever the occasion, whatever the needs, we have menus to suit all tastes and diets, to make your event that extra bit special.

We use local suppliers & locally sourced produce wherever possible, with changes being made seasonally to ensure we continue to provide freshness and variety to our customers. We work constantly with our valued local suppliers to keep our products of the highest quality.

During the summer months, our garden offers customers the chance to catch a few rays, over a glass of wine or a hand pulled local ale, while the kids have a wood frame outdoor play area to keep them occupied while Mum and Dad relax on the alfresco dining terrace.

The Glasshouse a contemporary extension, gives an exciting dimension to the pub, creating a spectacular dining environment, perfect for hosting any special event. In the warmer months its fully retractable doors create the ideal inside/outside space.

The restaurant has a fresh look creating a vibrant place to dine. The menu changes seasonally and uses only the best quality freshest ingredients and sits alongside established favourites such as fish & chips, hand stretched stones baked pizzas and fabulous Sunday roasts.

The Village Bar is sure to wow with delicious home-made bar snacks to accompany your chosen tipple, plus it's open for tea, coffee and home-made cakes every weekday morning.

In a nutshell Ring O' Bells is a welcoming Cheshire pub combining high class food with the finest wines and beers.
