Liverpool Welcomes First Spanish Pinchos Restaurant

Roja Pinchos enjoys early success weeks after opening in Liverpool city centre.

Spanish pinchos has become a hit in Liverpool weeks after the city’s first pinchos restaurant opened its doors.

Roja Pinchos, located in Liverpool city centre, celebrates the traditional Spanish cuisine with an extensive menu of the finest pincho made fresh by a traditional Catalonian chef.

The venue follows the casual dining style of Yo! Sushi and other similar outlets by allowing diners to take their pick from a variety of delectable dishes that take their fancy.

It also boasts the widest variety of traditional Spanish wines and cava in Liverpool.

After a successful first four weeks of trading, owners say they are confident for the future and believe that the unique offer will continue to be popular with food lovers in Liverpool.

Edward Ridding of Roja Pinchos said:

We couldn’t be happier with the love Liverpool has shown to our unique pinchos concept. We are overwhelmed with the number of people that already have an understanding of what pinchos is – we hope that it continues to be popular and might even appeal to those looking for an alternative Christmas lunch!"

Roja Pinchos is located on 50 Berry Street, Liverpool, L1 4JQ

About Roja Pinchos

Roja Pinchos is Liverpool's first pinchos bar. The concept is pretty simple, we produce awesome tasting Spanish bites each held together with a stick. You eat them and collect the pinchos sticks. When you're finished we collect the pinchos sticks (don't eat them they don't taste great and they have a tendency to get stuck in your throat) and work out your bill! Did we mention that we have an awesome selection of wines, beers and spirits?

Whether you want one pincho with a nice glass of Cava or a whole selection as a meal. You'll always be given a warm welcome!

See you soon!
