5 @ 5 is back at Rosso!

Rosso’s after-work drinks offer is back, and it’s only the start of the story…
The 5@ 5 after-5 cocktail menu is Rosso’s answer to the classic Happy Hour - only in true Rosso style, it’s infinitely more sophisticated. It’s an extraordinary mix of unique drinks all created bespoke for Rosso by their talented bar team, led by manager Sasha Svatek.
This season’s creations take inspiration from traditional Italian flavours - timeless classics that bring a taste of ‘bella vita’ to Manchester. The cocktails are designed to capture the spirit of laid back Italian luxury - sunsets over Portofino, slow days amidst the hills of Tuscany, and glamorous Riviera parties.

As the name suggests (and with 5 being such a significant number to Rosso – Owner Rio Ferdinand’s clothing line and digital magazine name - #5 - and his Manchester United shirt number), the menu comprises of 5 brand new cocktails (unique to Rosso), all priced at £5 served from 5pm (at that price until 8pm).

#1 Strawberry, Basil and Balsamic Mojito (Pampero Blanco Rum, Galliano Balsamico, Fresh Basil, Strawberry).
#2 Capri Collins
(Tanqueray Gin, Limoncello, Lemon Sorbet).
#3 Il Cosmo Nero (Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Luxardo Maraschino, Cherry, Blackberry).
#4 Rossini (Briotett Crème de Bergamot Liqueur, Prosecco, House-Made Wild Strawberry Puree) #5 Pompelmo Sour (Grapefruit Infused Ketel One Vodka, Aperol, Bitters).

This menu is another development in the evolution of the bar at Rosso.
