Liverpool’s £1.5 million Signature Hotel to open on Friday
Hollywood themed rooms set to wow guests
Liverpool’s new £1.5million Signature Hotel will open its doors this Friday 29 March.
The Signature Living Group project has seen the transformation of a derelict Victorian building on Stanley Street which has been brought back to life as a luxury hotel. The team have taken just 1 month to take the old Print building from a 12 bedroom hotel to a 111 bedroom hotel.
Rooms at Liverpool’s newest venue are already fully booked for the next six weeks as visitors to the city snap up the chance to stay in the movie themed rooms which include James Bond, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Sex and the City, The Hangover, Moulin Rouge and Casino.
The hotel which will also include a private members only bar, restaurant and nightclub is the first concept of its kind in the UK and is brainchild of husband and wife team Lawrence and Katie Kenwright who between them have a successful track record in hiring out luxury serviced party apartments.
Last year they invested £1million to transform the former Masonic Bank building on Bold Street into high-end serviced apartments and function rooms.
The new hotel will add to Signature Living’s growing portfolio which will now see the independent company offering over 300 beds in Liverpool city centre and they have plans to expand nationwide later in the year. They are committed to excellent Customer Service and are ranked number 1 on TripAdvisor. At just £55 per person, per night it's a cost effective way to take in everything Liverpool has to offer.
