The new Sweet Mandarin blog is a repository of resources, Chinese food recipes and all things about Chinese culture promoted by the owners of Sweet Mandarin.

Helen, Lisa and Janet Tse launched the blog around April 2008 to complement the website www.sweetmandarin.com - demonstration of the entrepreneurial and IT savvy spirit of the owners. The blog is currently co-written by the three owners of the successful restaurant:a lawyer, a financier and an engineer when outside the kitchen. This blog will provide ongoing interaction with its large web audience.

The Sweet Mandarin blog will share recipes by using many of the Chinese food products and ingredients that are on offer at Sweet Mandarin. In addition, the blog will discuss Chinese culture, heritage and business related matters in runnning one's own business.

Lisa Tse, CEO of Sweet Mandarin, shares her excitement over the Sweet Mandarin blog launch: "We're glad to be giving a voice to our culinary experts and the Chinese community through this innovative blog. We hope to showcase some of the excellent Chinese food products that Sweet Mandarin offers, as well as educate an interested population about the rich traditions and history of Chinese food and Chinese culture".

Sweet Mandarin has been an organization that has been a leader in educating the public about Chinese culture and cuisine especially with their work with the schools and catering colleges. The presence of the Sweet Mandarin blog will only strengthen Sweet Mandarin's commitment to the food, literary and business industry.

Helen Tse, the author of Sweet Mandarin and co-director, also added that "Our new Sweet Mandarin blog will also enable us to interact more directly with our large consumer base so that we can better understand what fusion and traditional Sweet Mandarin food products we should bring to the market".

Boasting over 200 products on the menu, Sweet Mandarin also offers this menu in takeaway format, and offers the finest in modern and traditional Chinese food products, including Dim Sum, their grandmother, Lily Kwok's famous curry and their mother's claypot chicken - the most authentic mix of Chinese products available on the web today.

Sweet Mandarin is an exciting Pan Asian restaurant. The concept of Sweet Mandarin is based on a simple theme: quick service, delicious oriental and pan asian food and most importantly value for money. The brainchild of three successful twenty-something sisters with a passion for food, people and business.

Sweet Mandarin captures the modern Chinese cuisine within a trendy setting accompanied by an array of mouth watering cocktails, alcoholic beverages and smoothies. Blending the cultures of the West with the East to create a brand new concept in UK. Dining here is a fun, funky, freestyle event.
