All Change at The Chester Fields
We have recently gone through a significant change with the direction of our Food offering here at The Chester Fields as a result of the feedback that we received after introducing the Comment Card campaign recently. We listened very carefully to what you all had to say about variation, menu choice, flexibility and overall selection of dishes, so we set to work writing a completely new set of menus to incorporate all the things that you felt were important.
We now have separate Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Lunch menus and pricing has been restructured to give you more choice and better value for money. We have our favourite dishes already, and on reading your comment cards so far, you clearly do too!
From the lunch-time menu, many of you have commented that the dishes are much more interesting with exciting use of flavours and ingredients; Pan Fried Hake Steak with smoked chorizo risotto and fennel pollen is proving very popular for main course, and quite a few of you are loving the Classic Lobster Bisque with crème fraiche and crayfish tail to start.
We still feature open sandwiches at Lunchtime in the week, grazing boards on both the lunch and dinner menus, and of course our infamous family roasts served on a Sunday. We would love to hear what you think, so please pop in for a drink, have a look at the new menus and meet the team.
