We are able to do this for a number of reasons, but the most important being excellent food. Our chefs have trained over the years in many different cuisines, mostly European menu styles, although their specialties are African & Caribbean food.
More recently our team has been on location on various venues across the Northwest of England, such as Buxton College, Stockport Hall, Neston cricket club, Cunard Buildings Liverpool.
