Jump Start Your Heart raises £4k!!!!
11 very brave people including our very own Peter & John from the pub jumped 10,000 feet out of a plane last Saturday! We couldn't have had better conditions for the jump, well done to Jeff Nevitt, Nick & Anita Garwood, Liz & Andrew Jones, Gail Cardus, Lisa Griffiths, Sharon Barclay, Fiona Henderson, Peter & John Dickinson as they have raised in the region of £4000 which is a fantastic amount and will make a great difference to the Farndon First Responders as well as Brain Tumour Research, Nightingale House, Help for Heroes & Cancer Research.
Thank you also to everyone that came to support on the day, it was like a mini Farndon in Prees! We were very lucky with the weather and we appreciate everyone sticking around all day waiting for the actual jump and all the cheers & clapping was appreciated by allthe jumpers!
We hold a charity Quiz every Thursday raising money for The Farndon First Responders, entrance is £1 and there is a cash prize as well as spot prizes throughout the night. The quiz starts from 8.30pm and is a lot of fun, we would love to see you later!?
